the Dunes, or the Desert Inn, just to name a few, all had the hippest lounges. The intimacy of the room lets me and you have a really up close and personal experience."
3-Course Dinner Menu*:
- Start with salad of fresh seasonal greens mixed with cranberries, strawberries and toasted almonds
tossed with a delectable raspberry vinaigrette.
- For entrée, choose between:
• Succulent Roasted Pork Loin smothered in a perfect Brown Gravy, served with Chef's fresh sautéed
mixed vegetables, delicious garlic mashed potatoes, toasted roll and butter.
• Juicy Marinated Grilled Caribbean Chicken, served with Chef's fresh sautéed vegetable, delicious
garlic mashed potatoes, toasted roll & butter.
- Finish off with a Decadent Ghirardelli Chocolate Mousse sure to please.
